Did you know about our 0800 OUTLOUD helpline?

You can leave a voice message on 0800 OUTLOUD (0800 688 5683) line regarding an abuse situation, a potential abuse situation or any other concern. In general, the preferred method to report a concern or allegation of abuse is via an email to feedback@spectrumcare.org.nz. This can be sent directly, or via the manager or care giver (who should then forward to the same feedback email address).

However, the 0800 OUTLOUD line provides an option for someone (e.g. a person being supported or a staff member) who doesn’t want to send an email.
